1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
-Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
-Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
-Original packaging and tags must be intact.
-Invoice or proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
-Customized or embroidered products
-Used or damaged items
-Products returned without prior approval

4. Refund Process
-Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
-Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
-Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for:
-Size issues
-Manufacturing defects
Customized/embroidered items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
-Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
-Share clear photos or videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
7. Shipping Charges
-Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
-Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
